Day 4: Letterhead And Thank You Cards
Click on create a design, type in Letterhead, and in the design project click on the top left corner on Templates. Scroll through the templates to find a letterhead template that you like. Drag and drop that template into the design document. Change out the template's colors and fonts to make it fit your brand. Save it, export it as PDF Print, and save it in a folder on your computer. Then come on back.
Click on create a design, type in postcard or thank you card, and in the design project click on the top left corner on Templates. Scroll through the different templates to find a postcard or thank you card template that you like. Drag and drop that template into the design document. Check out the template's colors and fonts and replace the template images with your own brand color images so it fits your brand. Save it, export it as PDF Print, and save it in a folder on your computer. Finally, send your PDF Print to your copy shop for them to print however many postcards and thank you cards you need.
Extra bonus for visual artists (photographers, graphic designers, etc.) For your postcards and thank you cards feel free to use a visual from the job you did on the cover of the card. For example, a headshot photographer did a session with a client. The client paid the invoice. The headshot photographer sends a thank you not to the client with the client's headshot on the front of the card. This makes the client feel extra special with their face on the front of the card.
