  • Small Group Coaching: Personal Branding Studio Intensive, with fixed payment terms.

  • 1:1 Personal Branding Services: Personalized branding assistance with payment plans.

  • Templates: Website and photo templates available for purchase and download.

Restrictions:

  • All services and products are delivered online with no geographical restrictions or eligibility requirements.

  • Refunds are not available once the content is purchased or downloaded.

3. Payment and Pricing

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards processed via Stripe.

  • PayPal for secure online payments.

  • Direct Bank Transfers for 1:1 client services.

Payment Plans:

  • Membership subscriptions renew monthly until canceled by the user.

  • Small group coaching payments automatically stop after the fixed duration.

  • 1:1 services may be paid in installments, which stop once fully paid.

Refunds and Cancellations:

  • No refunds are provided for any services or products.

  • Memberships must be canceled by the user through our website’s cancellation page. Once canceled, access to the membership and recurring payments cease immediately. No partial refunds will be granted for early cancellations.

4. User Obligations

Users agree to:

  • Use our website and services lawfully.

  • Avoid fraudulent activities, including misuse of payment systems.

  • Respect the intellectual property of Jonathan Tilley.

  • Avoid harassment, spamming, or sending threats via our contact forms or public platforms.

  • Refrain from using our services for illegal purposes or reselling/redesigning our content for personal gain.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Abusive, disrespectful, or harassing behavior in any context, including group calls, community forums, or social media.

  • Non-payment or violation of these Terms.

  • Publicly spreading negative comments about Jonathan Tilley or its services.

Termination is immediate, and no refunds will be provided.
