WEBSITE IN A WEEK

WEBSITE IN A WEEK

A high-end website. Rebuilt properly. In 5 days.

For established creatives who are done tolerating their outdated online presence and are ready to be seen as the obvious choice.

You’ve already done the hard part.

  • You’ve built the business, developed the skills, earned the reputation, and put in the years.

  • People know your name, recommend you, and trust your work.

And yet…

Your website still isn’t reflecting any of that.

It’s not that you’re not successful.
It’s that your online presence still looks stuck in an older version of you.

You know you needed to fix it a few years ago but you haven’t had a proper day off in weeks.

Your website is literally last on your list.

This isn’t a “fix a few things when I get time” problem.

This is a:

  • positioning problem

  • perception problem

  • first impression problem

Because when your real-life reputation says one thing…
and your website says another…

People feel the gap.

You need someone who understands taste, positioning, structure, and buyer psychology to come in and rebuild it once and for all.

That’s exactly what Website In A Week is.

Not a dragged-out design process.
Not months of back and forth.
Not you trying to figure out what goes where.

In just 5 days, we transform your online presence into something that feels current, polished, powerful, and worthy of the reputation you’ve already worked so hard to build.

By the end of the week, you’ll have:

A clean, strategic 5-page website:

Home
→ your positioning, services, and first impression structured to convert

About
→ your story, authority, and personality shaped with clarity and taste

Services
→ your offers presented clearly so dream clients understand exactly what you do

FAQ
→ objections answered before they ever need to ask

One strategic custom page
→ chosen based on your business model and what will best support conversions
Examples: Client Stories, Portfolio, Signature Method, Media, or a niche-specific service page

Plus all essential pages done for you:

  • ✔ Contact

  • ✔ Privacy Policy

  • ✔ Terms & Conditions

  • ✔ Error 404 Page

And behind the scenes:

  • ✔ Mobile-optimised design

  • ✔ SEO + AIO setup

  • ✔ Clear structure based on buyer psychology

  • ✔ Built on Squarespace (simple, clean, yours to manage)

  • ✔ Designed to position you at the level you’re stepping into

This is not a “let’s just make it look nicer” situation.

This is “let’s rebuild your website so it reflects the level you’re already operating at.”

Because right now? You may already be respected in your field…

But if your website still looks outdated and under-positioned, then it’s quietly weakening the authority you’ve worked so hard to build.

And for someone at your level, that matters.

Let’s fix that with Website In A Week.

HOW IT WORKS

HOW IT WORKS

Step 1: Strategy Call

Before anything is built, we get clear on:

  • your business model

  • your positioning

  • your future direction

  • how you want to be perceived

  • which pages your site actually needs

This is where everything clicks into place.

Step 2: Magnetic Messaging Meeting

You don’t need to write any copy for your website.

I guide this process and extract everything needed for:

  • your About page

  • your brand voice

  • your messaging

  • your positioning

Step 3: Website in a Week

This is where the rebuild happens.

Over 5 focused days, I take everything and turn it into your new website.

You’ll have daily check-ins and approval moments, but you are not left trying to direct the whole thing.

I lead, design, and implement. You collaborate.

By the end of the week, your website is rebuilt and ready to go live.

Step 4: Launch

You walk away with:

  • a high-end website

  • a strong first impression

  • a current and credible online presence

  • a site you feel proud to send people to

No loose ends. No “still working on it.”

You’re live in only 5 days.

This is what changes:

  • You stop cringing when someone asks for your website link.

  • You stop feeling like your online presence is lagging behind your real-world reputation.

  • You start looking like the reputation you’ve already reached.

  • You start feeling proud of what people see when they land on your site.

You go from“I hope this still holds up…” as you cringe internally to “here’s my website!” with confidence.

This is perfect for you if…

✔ You’ve been in business for 3–5+ years, built a reputation, but your current website feels outdated and underwhelming
✔ You do not want to DIY another thing in your business
✔ You are ready to invest in a strategic, custom website that matches your reputation
✔ You want a high-touch, 1:1 experience with expert guidance
✔ You are willing to trust the process and let yourself be led
✔ You want your dream clients to land on your site and instantly feel, “Yes. This is the one.”
✔ You are ready for a website that feels like a real upgrade that’s done once and for all, not a temporary patch

This is NOT for you if…

❌ You’re brand new to business and still figuring things out
❌ You only need a few tweaks or a smaller refresh rather than a full rebuild
❌ You want something quick and dirty
❌ You want to DIY or piecemeal your website together over the next few months
❌ You do not trust someone else’s taste, direction, or strategic guidance
❌ You want endless revisions and total control over every detail
❌ You are not ready to prioritise this for a focused 5-day build

FAQs

FAQs

  • Website in a Week is a high-touch, 5-day website rebuild for established creatives whose online presence no longer reflects their current level.

This is not a rushed DIY sprint.
It is not six months of unnecessary back and forth either.

It is a structured, strategic process where we:

    • define your direction

    • refine your messaging

    • align your visuals

    • and rebuild your website in one focused week

By the time build week begins, the thinking has already been done.
That is what allows the process to feel streamlined, considered, and calm.

  • Think of it as an intensive private collaboration.

Before build week, we handle the strategic groundwork. Then, during your scheduled week, I take everything we’ve prepared and rebuild your website in real time.

    Across the week:

    • I build

    • we check in daily

    • you review key decisions and approvals

    • I refine and move forward

By the end of the week, your website is rebuilt and ready to launch.

    It is focused.
    It is immersive.
And it works because momentum stays high from beginning to end.

  • No.

You do not need to sit at your desk for five full days watching me work.

You simply need to be available for our scheduled check-ins (which is usually 1-2 hours per day) and for approvals when needed. The process is collaborative, but it does not require you to micromanage every step.

    You stay in your zone.
    I stay in mine.
That is part of what makes this feel efficient and elevated rather than draining.

So… what exactly is Website in a Week?

  • Most clients book at least 3–4 weeks in advance, sometimes longer.

    That gives us time to:

    • complete the Future You Framework Strategy Session

    • schedule the Magnetic Messaging Meeting

    • gather content and visuals

    • prepare everything properly before build week begins

The reason the week itself feels so strong is because the groundwork has already been handled with care.

  • Website in a Week is designed for established creatives who already have credibility, but whose website no longer reflects the level they operate at now.

It is ideal for someone who:

    • is at least a few years into their business

    • has an existing body of work, reputation, or authority

    • is no longer interested in DIY-ing their online presence

    • wants a refined, strategic rebuild rather than a quick fix

    • values expert leadership, taste, and efficiency

  • That is rarely a problem.

I work with clients in different time zones regularly, and we structure communication in a way that keeps the process smooth and practical for both of us.

If needed, we adapt the schedule so the collaboration still feels responsive without becoming disruptive.

  • Yes.

I can share examples of websites created for a range of creative professionals, including photographers, voice artists, coaches, authors, designers, and other personal brands.

This gives you a feel for the level of work, the variety of industries, and how each website is tailored to the individual rather than forced into one generic look.

Is Website in a Week the right fit for me?

  • Once you decide to move forward, we begin by securing everything properly.

    That includes:

    • contract

    • deposit

    • scheduled dates

    • your shared project folder

    • and your preparation timeline

From there, we move through the strategic and creative stages that set Website in a Week up to succeed.

  • This is the first foundational step.

In the Future You Framework Strategy Session, we get clear on:

    • where you are now

    • where you are going

    • how you want to be perceived

    • and who your dream clients actually are

    Not just vaguely. Precisely.

This is where we define the direction of the website so it reflects the version of you you are stepping into. Not an outdated version of your business.

  • This is where your website voice comes into focus.

In the Magnetic Messaging Meeting, I ask specific, strategic questions that allow you to speak naturally and freely.

As you answer, I listen for:

    • the phrases that sound most like you

    • the language that reflects your authority

    • and the words your dream clients most need to hear

Then I refine and shape that into messaging that sounds authentic, elevated, and aligned.

The goal is not to make you sound different.
It is to make you sound like yourself at your highest level.

  • No.

That is part of my process.

    You bring the expertise.
I guide the conversation, extract what matters, and shape the messaging so it lands clearly and convincingly.

You are not left staring at a blank page trying to write your own website.

  • This is your central project space.

    It holds:

    • images

    • brand materials

    • website content

    • logins

    • documents

    • and any assets needed during the process

Everything is kept in one organised place so nothing gets buried in emails, scattered across tabs, or lost midway through the project.

It keeps the experience clean, efficient, and easy to manage.

  • That is very common.

Most established creatives already have what they need. It is simply spread across too many places or not yet structured for a website.

Part of my role is helping you identify what is worth keeping, what needs refining, and what no longer belongs.

You do not need to have everything perfectly packaged before reaching out.

What happens before build week?

Let’s talk about visuals.

  • Visual direction is part of the process.

Depending on your situation, this may involve:

    • selecting the strongest images from what you already have

    • identifying gaps in your current imagery

    • giving creative direction for an upcoming shoot

    • or connecting you with a personal branding photographer from my international directory

The point is not simply to fill the website with photos.

The point is to choose visuals that support your positioning, presence, and overall level.

  • That can absolutely be part of the conversation.

If your current imagery no longer reflects you, we can discuss whether:

    • a new shoot is needed

    • your existing images can still be used well

    • or a mix of both makes the most sense

If needed, I can also direct you toward a photographer whose style fits the look and feel we are creating. I have an International Directory of Personal Branding Photographers that we can use to find your perfect match.

  • That is often the real issue.

You do not need more images.
You need better selection and stronger direction.

I help you choose what supports the website best, so the final result feels intentional rather than visually overcrowded or inconsistent.

What exactly gets built?

  • Website in a Week includes a strategic 5-page Squarespace website, plus all essential supporting pages.

    That includes:

    • Home

    • About

    • Services

    • FAQ

    • one strategic custom page based on your business model

    Plus:

    • Contact

    • Privacy Policy

    • Terms & Conditions

    • Error 404 page

Behind the scenes, it also includes:

    • mobile optimisation

    • SEO setup

    • AIO setup

    • strategic structure based on buyer psychology

    • customisation of one of my Squarespace templates to fit your business, personality, and positioning

  • The fifth page is chosen strategically based on what makes most sense for your business.

Depending on your business model, that might be:

    • Client Stories

    • Portfolio

    • Signature Method

    • Media or Press

    • a niche-specific service page

We decide this together during the strategic phase so the website is not just beautiful, but useful and conversion-supportive.

  • Both and in the best way.

I begin with one of my Squarespace templates, each built with buyer psychology already considered in the structure.

That gives us a strong strategic foundation.

From there, I customise the website around:

    • your business model

    • your positioning

    • your visual identity

    • your personality

    • and the level you need the website to support

So the final result does not feel templated.
    It feels tailored.

  • Because a strong template is not a limitation. It is a smart foundation.

My templates are built intentionally to support:

    • clarity

    • trust

    • flow

    • conversion

    • and clean user experience

Starting from a strategically built framework allows us to move faster without sacrificing quality.

That is one of the reasons this process can happen in a week without feeling compromised.

  • Website in a Week is designed around a strong 5-page foundation.

If your business needs additional pages, subpages, or more complex functionality, we can discuss that during your Discover Call and Strategy Session and scope the project accordingly.

The core offer stays focused on building the strongest version of the essentials first.

What is it actually like working together?

  • No. That is exactly what this process is designed to avoid.

My job is to lead the project clearly so you do not have to carry the full mental load yourself.

You are involved in the right places.
You are not expected to manage every detail.

The experience is structured to feel:

    • focused

    • guided

    • efficient

    • and far less overwhelming than trying to rebuild your website alone

  • That is precisely why this is a guided process.

You do not need to arrive with every answer.
You need to be open, responsive, and willing to trust professional direction.

Part of what clients value most is that I can see what fits, filter out what does not, and help decisions become simpler.

  • You would not be the first.

Many clients come to me after experiencing:

    • long delays

    • vague communication

    • ghosting

    • generic design

    • or a final result that never truly reflected them

This process is intentionally structured to be the opposite of that:

    • clear

    • efficient

    • collaborative

    • and professionally led from beginning to end

  • The structure prevents most of that.

Because we do the strategic and creative groundwork beforehand, build week is not built on guessing.

We are not making random decisions in the moment.
    We are executing a plan.

That is why the experience feels smoother and more contained than a typical drawn-out web project.

What happens after launch?

  • Yes.

Squarespace is designed to be manageable, and I build with that in mind.

You will leave with a website you can maintain without feeling intimidated by it. The goal is not to leave you dependent. The goal is to leave you confident.

  • You absolutely can.

Many clients make their own small edits after launch. Others come back later for refreshes, additions, or further refinement.

Your website should feel like a strong foundation, not something frozen in time.

  • That concern is very normal, especially if tech has not felt intuitive in the past.

Squarespace is one of the reasons this process works so well. It is far more user-friendly than many people expect, and your site is built with clarity and ease in mind.

You are not being handed something fragile and complicated.
You are being handed something elegant and manageable.

Let’s talk money, logistics, and cold feet.

  • Yes.

Website in a Week is typically split into three payments:

    • one to secure your week

    • one before build week once preparation is complete

    • one during build week before launch

If needed, we can discuss payment structure during the Discovery Call.

  • No.

Once your week is booked, that time is reserved exclusively for you and the project preparation begins around it.

If something significant changes, rescheduling may be possible with sufficient notice, but booked time is not refundable.

  • That is exactly the kind of thing we determine together.

You do not need to diagnose the solution perfectly before reaching out.

You simply need to recognise that your current online presence no longer matches your level.

From there, I can guide you toward the right next step.
