We both block out the week so the process feels smooth, exciting, and stress-free. If life throws a curveball, we’ll work together to keep the project moving. But this is a week where your website becomes your priority.

But the real magic happens in the time before build week — gathering your content, locking in your messaging, choosing your colors, fonts, and design direction. This prep time means we hit the ground running on Day 1 without scrambling for missing pieces.

Yes. The 3-payment plan works beautifully because it follows the natural flow of the project and keeps everything moving forward with ease.
Here’s how it works:
First payment: After you apply for Website in a Week and we have an initial Zoom call to see if it’s a good fit, I’ll send over an estimate and contract. Once those are signed, I’ll then send over my first invoice for your first payment. This locks in your spot on my calendar.
Second payment: When all your content is gathered into your magic folder (3 weeks before build week). This gives you plenty of time to collect all of your content. And yes, there’s always a last-minute photo or detail that sneaks in, which is totally fine.
Final payment: During build week, so everything is wrapped up before your Friday launch. I’ll send the invoice on Monday of build week so you have a few days to take care of it.
All payments are non-refundable because when you reserve your week, it’s like booking the chef’s table at your favorite restaurant. That space is set aside just for you.
I’m fully committed to you and no one else, so you know your spot is secure, and we can both focus 100% on creating something amazing together.

The time before Website in a Week is just as important as the build itself.
This is where we gather everything — your copy, photos, brand elements, and vision — into one place so I can start mapping out your site.
You’ll get all my cheat codes, guides, checklists, quizzes, and video tutorials to help you pull your content together into what I call your “magic folder.”

It’s exactly what it sounds like — one folder that holds all of your website content in one place. No endless email threads, no “where did I save that file?” moments.
You’ll drop everything in there — from your photos to your logo files, from your About page copy to your services list — so when build week starts, I have everything I need to create your site without delay.

That’s completely normal. The magic folder isn’t about being perfect. It’s about having everything in one place, even if some of it’s rough.
Once I have it, I can sort through it, organize it, and see where the gaps are. You’ll still have time to add last-minute things (like a new headshot or testimonial), but we avoid the scramble because 95% of it is already ready to go.
Bonus: After we work together on Website in a Week, you’ll have a gorgeously organised folder with all of your content in it so you never have to go scrambling for anything ever again. And when you get new content, you know exactly where to put it and how to organise it.

Yes, your website and socials should match and be cohesive. But no, you shouldn’t worry about your socials before we launch your website.
Remember, your personally branded website should always be your first priority. Then once that’s solidified it’s easy to create social media content based off of your website.
And as luck would have it, as part of Website in a Week, I’ll also create a Social Media Starter Pack for you: branded profile images, header graphics, and post templates so your new online presence feels consistent from day one. It’s at least 1 months worth of social media content created for you all based off of your new website that we’ve built in only 1 week. So yeah, Website in a Week is far more than just a website. You get 1 months worth of social media content too.
STEP 2: WEBSITE IN A WEEK

This is where it all comes together. Over five focused, high-energy days, I take your content, brand direction, and vision, and turn it into a fully custom, mobile-friendly, SEO & AIO optimised, conversion-ready website.
We work closely — you’re involved daily, but without it taking over your life.

Just 1–2 hours a day for our Zoom calls. We use these to review progress, give feedback, and make decisions in real time. The rest of the day, I’m working on your site behind the scenes, keeping momentum high so we can launch by Friday.

It sounds fun to work side-by-side in person, but the reality is: in-person = distractions. When we meet on Zoom, you’re focused, I’m focused, and I’m working directly on my computer where the magic happens. Plus, it keeps our workflow fast and efficient — no travel, no interruptions, just progress.

We work page by page. You see it, we discuss it, I make updates, you approve it, and we move on. This keeps us out of endless feedback loops and ensures we’re both confident in every step before moving forward.

We both block this time out in our calendars as non-negotiable.
If you’ve got a mild cold or a sprained ankle, you can still hop on Zoom from the couch (yes — a past client even launched her site from her hospital bed).
If you truly can’t attend, we’ll need to reschedule, and because of the time investment, that would mean booking a new slot at my next availability, at an all new additional price. Ouch.
So yeah, it’s better to hop on our Zoom calls with the sniffles than to bring our time together to a screeching halt, find time again on my calendar, and pay double.

We work on a three-part payment plan.
You pay the first installment when you book, the second when your content is delivered 3 weeks before build week, and the final installment during build week — typically on Monday or Tuesday — so it’s squared away before launch.

You can hire me for post-launch changes at my day rate.
Either way, you’ll have access to my library of website tutorials, so you’re never stuck wondering how to update something.
STEP 3: LAUNCH & POST-LAUNCH

By Friday, your site is tested, polished, and ready to go live. We do one final walkthrough together to make sure every link, button, and form works perfectly. Then, we hit publish and your new website is officially out in the world for your dream clients to see.

Yes. You’ll have 7 days of post-launch email support for anything small that comes up. Think of it as a safety net while you get comfortable with your new site.
If it’s a quick tweak, I’ve got you covered.
If it’s a bigger request, we can book extra time together at my day rate.

Absolutely. During build week, you’ll naturally ask questions as we go, so I’ll show you how to make minor updates in real time. You’ll also get access to my full library of step-by-step video tutorials so you can confidently manage your site long after launch.

That’s totally fine. Some clients love updating their own site, others prefer to hand it off to me.
If you want me to do the work, I’m happy to — it just moves to my hourly or day rate after our project is complete.

Yes. Your site will be connected to reliable hosting with SSL security and backup options. I’ll walk you through best practices for keeping everything safe, secure, and up to date.

If you’d like ongoing design updates, strategy calls, or seasonal refreshes, we can set up a custom retainer package. Some clients love having me in their back pocket for quarterly check-ins to keep their site fresh and aligned with their evolving personal brand.
