I was born in Boston, Massachusetts,
graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre, and moved to NYC the next day. Expecting to be performing on Broadway by the weekend, when Monday rolled around I needed to find a job fast. And with a cringy headshot like this… I needed to learn how to take better pics even faster 😂
“Marketing” felt gross.
So I flipped the switch and made “It’s not about me, it’s all about you” my mantra. Being kind to people was my marketing strategy and I started booking more gigs immediately. A touring production of 42nd Street brought me to Germany in 1999. And that’s when things really took off.
For 8 years straight…
I performed in the German productions of Dance of the Vampires, Cats, another production of 42nd Street, and was Dance Captain of Mamma Mia!.

In 2006 I traded in my dancing shoes
for a microphone and headphones. Bye bye ensemble member dancing in the back row. Hello voice over artist front and center - voicing for clients like Adidas, BMW, Facebook, Google, and Unicef.
And in the scripts I would read, I found my own voice.
My calling.
My purpose.
At the same time…
the internet was coming of age and it felt logical to explore. So I created my own website for my voice over business. Friends immediately asked who did it. I shrugged it off and say, “oh uh I did”. And that’s when I started side-gigging as a designer while also doing voice over. It felt great helping my creative friends upgrade their online presence. I learned everything I could about web design, Instagram, and online marketing. And I unknowingly started to build a second business helping people build their brand online.
