DONE IN A DAY

DONE IN A DAY

Your website refreshed, relaunched, and finally off your to-do list in just 1 day.

You’ve been procrastinating, overthinking, and guilt-tripping yourself into a corner.

✔️ You’ve thought about fixing your website more times than you can count.
✔️ You know exactly what needs to be changed (literally just a few things)
✔️ You tell yourself, “I’ll get to it this weekend”… every damn weekend.

And yet here you are, still staring at the same outdated website.

  • Every time you think about updating it, you groan.

  • You could technically do it yourself, but there’s zero motivation.

  • Calling your old web designer isn’t an option (they ghosted you 4 years ago).

  • And hiring someone new feels… like a whole thing.

So of course, you keep putting it off.

Let’s be honest. It feels heavy.

❌ You know your About page doesn’t sound like you anymore.
❌ You’ve had “update services page” written on your to-do list for months.
❌ Your site still has old photos that don’t reflect who you are now.
❌ You’ve been meaning to clean up the colors, fonts, and flow forever.

And every time you think about it, you feel heavier.

That’s not the website. It’s the procrastination. It’s the guilt. It’s the frustration of knowing you could fix this, but you just… haven’t.

Here’s the truth.

✨ You don’t need to overhaul your entire site.
✨ You don’t need to spend weeks stuck in tech tutorials.
✨ You don’t need to keep circling the same problem.

You just need 1 focused day with me, where we sit down together on Zoom, roll up our sleeves, and finally make the changes you’ve been avoiding.

By the end of the day, your site won’t just look better. You’ll feel better.

Lighter. Clearer. More confident. Ready to actually send people the link to your website without cringing.

Done in a Day isn’t another drawn-out design process.

It’s a focused, one-day sprint where you and I work side by side via Zoom to:

✔️ Tighten up your messaging so it actually speaks to your dream clients
✔️ Refine your About page, services, and creative process so they make sense
✔️ Polish your design (colors, fonts, photos, flow) so it feels professional and personal
✔️ Clean up the boring-but-important stuff like error pages and policies
✔️ Launch updates you’ve been procrastinating on for months

And at the end? You’ll have a site that finally feels like you.

HOW IT WORKS

HOW IT WORKS

Step 1: Pre-Work & Prep

Before your Done in a Day, you’ll:

  • Share access to your Squarespace site + content folder

  • Tell me what your priorities are

  • Set an end goal so we know exactly what we’re working toward

This isn’t heavy lifting. It’s just clarity so we can hit the ground running.

Step 2: Done in a Day

We spend 6–8 hours together on Zoom.
Sometimes we’ll be strategizing. Sometimes I’ll be working on your website while you step away. But the whole day is dedicated to making progress fast.

By the end of the day, the work is done. The changes are made. You’re finally unstuck.

Step 3: Walk Away Lighter

This isn’t just about a website update. It’s about momentum. It’s about finally crossing this off your list so you can move forward with confidence.

You’ll stop beating yourself up for procrastinating. You’ll stop the guilt spiral every time you think about your website. And you’ll finally feel proud to share your updated website link to your dream clients.

This is perfect for you if…

✔ You bought one of my Squarespace templates, started, but never finished
✔ You’ve been meaning to make changes for months (or years) to your Squarespace site
✔ You’re slightly tech-averse but open to guidance
✔ You want someone to do the heavy lifting and implement things for you
✔ You’re a past website client of mine who wants a revamp to match where you are now

This is NOT for you if…

❌ You don’t have a website yet but you want one (check out my Templates)
❌ You want a full custom build of a 2-5+ page website (that’s Website in a Week)
❌ You’re brand new to business and don’t know what you’re offering yet
❌ You’re on WordPress, Wix, or any other platform and are not open to switching to Squarespace
❌ You want to “pick my brain” for ideas but don’t actually want to implement them

Your Commitment

Done in a Day is a full-focus experience.
I’m pouring 6-8 hours of my time, energy, and expertise into your business, brand, and online presence. In return, I ask that you show up, stay engaged, and be open to making decisions so we can keep momentum going.

Come with a shortlist of priorities. Leave with a finished, refreshed site and the motivation you’ve been missing.

Your Investment

Flat Rate: $1000
(payment plans available)

If during prep I see your project is bigger than one day, I’ll let you know in advance and recommend booking a second session later on. But 95% of Done in a Day website changes fit beautifully into just 1 day.

The Outcome

After 1 focused day together, you’ll walk away with:

  • A cleaned-up, refreshed Squarespace site that finally reflects you

  • Clearer messaging and design that connects with your dream clients

  • The tech pieces (SEO, pages, policies) taken care of

  • Confidence and momentum to move forward

No more circling. No more cringing. No more procrastinating.

Just relief, pride, and the lightness and joy of finally saying:
“It’s done. And it feels like me again.”

FAQs

FAQs

  • It’s an 6-8 hour working session with me over Zoom where we tackle your Squarespace website head-on. Think of it as part strategy, part design, part coaching, and part “finally crossing this off your list.” By the end of the day, the updates are done and your site feels like you again.

  • At least 2–3 weeks in advance is ideal. That gives us time for pre-work (like sharing your logins and content). If you’re in a hurry, reach out anyway. Sometimes I have earlier openings and can fit you into my calendar.

  • You’ll get a booking confirmation, invoice, and prep instructions (so you know exactly what to do before our day together). You’ll also share access to your Squarespace site and your content folder. Then we lock in your spot on my calendar.

  • Absolutely. I have a portfolio of creative professionals — from voiceover artists to photographers, coaches to authors — who’ve all trusted me to design a site that truly feels like them. I’ll send you a curated selection of examples so you can get a feel for the range of styles I create.

I also have website templates that you can look at to see the variety of work I’ve done.

Keep in mind: Done in a Day results vary depending on what we focus on, but you’ll get a strong sense of my design style and process.

  • Nope. Once you book, your spot is reserved. That said, if you need to reschedule with a lot of advance notice, we can find another date.

  • Done in a Day is a flat rate of $1,000, paid upfront to secure your date on my calendar. That said, if the flat rate is not in your budget right now there are payment plans available that we can talk about during our discovery call.

  • Yes! I’ve worked with clients all over the world. We’ll pick a day and time that works for both of us.

BOOKING / GETTING STARTED

STEP 1: PRE-WORK & PREP

  • Access to your Squarespace site, a content folder with your copy/photos/design elements, and a clear idea of what you want to accomplish. Don’t stress if it’s not perfect. That’s what I’m here for.

  • We’ll work with what you have. If something’s missing, I’ll help you fill in the gaps (with stock photos, placeholder copy, or quick wins). Sometimes “done and launched” is better than “perfect and stuck.”

  • No, but you should come with a draft. I’ll help you refine and tighten it so it actually speaks to your dream clients. If you show up with zero words, we’ll spend a lot of time writing instead of designing, which limits what we can accomplish. Unless your goal for our Done in a Day session is just focusing on your messaging. Then by all means, let’s focus only on your website copy and make it magnetic.

  • That’s okay! I’ll start with a website audit and give you my recommendations. We’ll create a shortlist together so we use our day wisely.

  • If I think your scope is bigger than one day, I’ll tell you before our session and suggest booking two days or moving into Website in a Week. Most clients fit neatly into one day, but I don’t let anyone overstuff the process. It’s meant to be focused and doable.

STEP 2: DONE IN A DAY

  • We’ll meet on Zoom, set priorities, and get to work. Sometimes we’ll be brainstorming together, sometimes I’ll be implementing while you step away, and then we regroup to review changes. By the end of the day, your updates are live and you feel light as a feather.

  • Not glued to your chair. But yes, stay available. Think of it like co-working: sometimes we’ll be face-to-face, sometimes you’ll take a break while I design. But you should be able to jump back on quickly when I need your feedback. More often than not, sometimes you’ll be searching for a piece of content to send to me while I wait. So it goes both ways haha.

  • We build in breaks. It’s a full day, but it’s not boot camp. If something major comes up (like an emergency) and you have to step away for hours, we’ll reschedule the remainder of your day.

  • We’ll prioritize the most important updates first so nothing mission-critical gets left behind. If there’s more to do, you can book another Done in a Day to keep the momentum going. We can check our calendars for the next logical time to meet up again and set it in stone.

  • Your payment is due in full when you book. That’s what secures your date in my calendar. Yes, there are payment plan options available that we can talk about during your discovery call.

  • You can either DIY with the skills you learned during our time together or book another Done in a Day for extra support. Some clients use this offer once a year to keep things fresh. A smart move actually.

STEP 3: AFTER THE DAY

  • Yes, I’ll give you 7 days of email support for quick questions or minor tweaks. If something bigger comes up, you can book me again.

  • Absolutely. I’ll walk you through what I’ve done and show you how to update text, photos, and layouts on your own. No tech jargon, just step-by-step. I even have a library of videos on the basics of how to for your Squarespace site.

  • Great! Some clients move on to Website in a Week for a full overhaul, while others book me for periodic Done in a Day refreshes. Everyone is different, has different needs, and totally different goals for their business, brand, and online presence. We will find the best solution that’s tailored to you.

  • Yes. Squarespace automatically provides SSL security and backup. I’ll also show you how to duplicate pages or create backups for peace of mind.
