  1. Go through your Morning and Evening Habits and ONLY CIRCLE the habits that make you feel a sense of freedom or that are aligned to your feeling of freedom in the future.

  2. Fill in your Optimised Morning Routine worksheet by only bringing the circled habits from your Morning Habits worksheet over to your Optimised Morning Routine worksheet.

  3. Fill in your Optimised Evening Routine worksheet by only bringing the circled habits from your Evening Habits worksheet over to your Optimised Evening Routine worksheet.
