Day 3: Body Language & Fit the Format

TAKE ACTION NOW

  1. Decide if you want to sit or stand for your About Me video.

  2. Get your body language and Handography poses in your body.

  3. Record a Range Of Movement video in 16:9/landscape/wide-screen. Do this just for you. No need to share it with us in the community group.

  4. Create a short video in your set with your sound either sitting or standing in the middle of the frame and talk about what you do as a creative person. Tell us your job title, when was the first moment you thought of pursuing your career, 1 thing you’ve learned along the way, 1 thing you’re proud of that you achieved, 1-2 things about your creative space, and then finish strong. Here’s the pre-written script:

  5. Hi I’m (your name.) I’m a (job title). The first time I even considered doing (your job) was when I (tell us 1 or 2 sentences). Since then I’ve learned that (one thing you’ve learned in 1 sentence). I’m proud to be able to (one thing you’re proud of in one sentence). Here in my studio/office/creative space is where the magic happens. (1-2 sentences about your creative space or tools you use - computer, mic, camera, etc.) My studio/office/creative space feels like (1 sentence on how your studio feels). Thanks for watching and have a great day!

  6. Then upload your video to our community group.
