Day 3: Video + Reels Covers
TAKE ACTION NOW
Video and Reels Covers give your micro-content that extra touch of professionalism but there are 6 rules to go by.
RULE 1: The cover must be vertical to fill the entire frame when someone clicks on your Video or Reels section in Feed which is always vertical
RULE 2: All important info should be within the square because when you share it to your normal Feed it will automatically crop it into square - so you are designing for BOTH vertical and square
RULE 3: Text should be punchy, hyper-specific, and short and sweet
RULE 4: Text can be left margin or centered depending on your style preference
RULE 5: Text should always be in upper case to pop and attract curiosity
RULE 6: There should always be a visually branded element to it
Watch the Day 3 Q&A Session below.
Day 4: Instagram Story Evergreen Slides

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.
Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
