Prompt for Creating Personality Traits from Font Pairings:
I would like you to create personality traits for a pair of fonts based on their descriptions. Imagine each typeface as a person with distinct characteristics, and describe their individual personalities as well as how they complement each other when paired together. Please follow this structure:
Individual Personalities: Describe each typeface as a person, highlighting their key personality traits based on the font's characteristics.
Complementary Dynamics: Explain how their personalities complement each other when they are paired together, including any unique dynamics or strengths they bring to a collaboration.
Here is an example of the font pairing description and the personality traits generated:
Font Pairing Description:
Achivo Black and Proxima Nova are both typefaces with distinct characteristics.
Achivo Black is a bold, sans-serif typeface known for its strong, commanding presence. It has thick strokes and a modern feel, making it suitable for headlines, titles, and other text where you want to grab attention.
Proxima Nova, on the other hand, is a versatile and popular typeface known for its clean lines and contemporary look. It's often used for both body text and headlines due to its readability and adaptability across various mediums.
Combining Achivo Black with Proxima Nova could create an interesting visual contrast. Achivo Black could be used for bold headlines or emphasis, while Proxima Nova could handle body text for a balanced and harmonious overall design. The pairing could work well for projects that require a modern and dynamic aesthetic with a touch of sophistication.
Personality Traits:
Based on the descriptions provided, if Achivo Black and Proxima Nova were people, they would each have distinct personalities that complement each other when they come together.
Achivo Black would be the bold and assertive individual in the duo. They exude confidence and have a commanding presence. With their thick strokes and modern demeanor, they are not afraid to stand out in a crowd. Achivo Black is the type of person who takes charge of a situation, whether it's leading a team or making a bold statement.
Proxima Nova, on the other hand, would be the versatile and adaptable counterpart. They are known for their clean and contemporary style, which reflects their organized and methodical approach to life. Proxima Nova is the type of person who can seamlessly transition between different roles and environments. They are equally comfortable in a boardroom meeting as they are at a casual gathering with friends.
When these two personalities come together, they create a dynamic duo. Achivo Black provides the boldness and flair, while Proxima Nova brings the stability and adaptability. Their pairing creates a harmonious balance, making them ideal collaborators for projects that require both modernity and sophistication. Together, they make a powerful team that can tackle any challenge with style and grace.
STEP 4 - Font hierarchy for column Q
Just swap out the name of the font or fonts in this prompt. Depending if its a font pairing or a single font.
PROMPT FOR FONT PAIRINGS:
Your a graphic design, logo design, and font typography expert who completely understands font hierarchy. When you are given a font pairing you know exactly what to do to make the font pairing look its best. You specialise in personal branding and not business branding. When you design a logo you use the stronger font in the font pairing as the logo font. You prefer to make the first letter in the person's first name and last name uppercase and the rest of the letters in the name are lower case. Tell Kim about the square images and how to intergrate them into MCC feed (if at all) and how to intetgrate the vertical images into Stories (if at all). THink about creating fast reels just imagery for MCC course content cover title pics and anything else that is in the MCC brand.

JONATHANS VOICE INSTAGRAM STRATEGY
LAYOUT
1 Selfies
2 Videos (demos and Jobs)
3 Reels
4 Videos (Podcasts)
SELFIES
Rules: always post 1 1 (not 19 6)
There are 5 different looks to the selfies: 1 white shirt, 2 grey sweater, 3 grey shirt, 4 white t, 5 grey leather jacket
Always go in that order: 1 white shirt, 2 grey sweater, 3 grey shirt, 4 white t, 5 grey leather jacket
So for the first Selfie you schedule start with 1 white shirt, then the second you schedule 2 grey sweater, then the third 3 grey shirt, then the fourth 4 white t, then the fifth 5 grey leather jacket. When you have scheduled a selfie from 5 grey leather jacket, then repeat from the beginning: 1 white shirt, 2 grey sweater, 3 grey shirt, 4 white t, 5 grey leather jacket
To post the first selfie, in this example from 1 white shirt, go into the Dropbox folder 1 white shirt and pick a random image, download it, upload it to Planoly. When picking any image, always pick a random image inside their respective folder. Why? When looking at the images in the order that they are they are grouped together in similar poses. If we posted in chronological order they would look too similar and boring for Instagram. The’s why you should always choose a random image from each folder.
When you schedule a selfie in Planoly go into Dropbox and click on the star of that image that you scheduled to Planoly so you know what has been scheduled, and what hasn’t been scheduled. When scheduling new selfies always schedule selfies that do NOT have a star on them yet.
VIDEOS (demos and Jobs)
Rules: always post demo video then job video then demo then job. Always alternate between the two types of videos.
It doesn’t matter which folder you start with. For this example we will start with the demo videos folder.
Schedule the content in chronological order. Start with the top video, download the VERTICAL video of it WITHOUT a cover because the cover is already in the video, upload and scheduled to planoly.
Go back to Dropbox and put a star on the folder of the video you just downloaded form Dropbox and uploaded to Planoly. This way we will know what you have posted in the past, and what still needs to be posted. When it’s time to post from this folder see what’s starred, and download then next vertical video and cover from the UNstarred folder. So we stay consistent.
The same applies for the Jobs folder.
If, there is nothing inside the folder, just let me know and move on to the next folder that has content inside of it.
REELS
Just like in the VIDEOS (demos and jobs) folder, these Reels (OUTTAKES) will be posted from top to bottom. Go into that dropbox folder, download the vertical reel, WITHOUT a cover becasue the cover is already in the beginning of the reel, upload it to planoly as a REEL.
Go back into dropbox and star that folder that you just downloaded content from.
Go from top to bottom.
When we get to the bottom it might be time for me to record more Reels content. Let me know when we are getting close and I Will record more.
There is no cover to download for these Reels. You will choose the cover form the reel itself when uploading it to Instagram on that day.
VIDEOS (Podcasts)
There are 2 folders inside the VIDEOS (Podcasts) folder: Audio Podcasts and Video Podcasts.
Right now we are only focusing on Audio Podcasts and creating the VIdeo Podcasts content in the back end. When that content is finished I will change this part of the strategy to include all videos (Audio Podcasts AND Video Podcasts). But for right now we are only focusing on Audio Podcasts.
Inside the Audio Podcasts folder there are 2 folders with CCTalks and lots of BMW folders. This is the rule for this folder:
1 CCTalks Carlo
2 BMW
3 CCTalks Milan
4 BMW
For 2 and 4 it matters what order you go in. Start with folder Episode 49, use the first video, star it in Dropbox, then the next time you need to post a BMW audio podcast then use Episode 49 video 2 until all those audio podcasts are posted, then star the EPisode 49 folder, and move on to the next folder.
For the first post (1 CCTalk Carlo) go into that folder, go to the first folder with content in it to be posted, download the VERTICAL video WITHOUT the cover because the cover is already in the beginning of the video, upload it to Planoly asa GRID VIDEO NOT AS A REEL. THen go back to the dropbox folder and star that folder that you downloaded the content from.
For the second post (2 BMW) continue like I mentioned above with Epsiode 49 WITHOUT a cover and do the same as above. Download the vertical video from Dropbox, schedule it to Planoly, then star that dropbox folder.
For the third one (3 CCTAlks Milan) do the same.
For 4 BMW do the same.
All things that are starred means that we have posted it already. When everything is starred in a folder, then unstar them and start again from the beginning, going in order from top to bottom.
SCHEDULE ONCE A DAY
Schedule 1 month in advance.
When everything is scheduled then tell JT to control it, add in captions and hashtags, then JT will tell you.
When JT has added captions and hashtags, then go into Planoly and copy the caption and hashtags for each post, create a document inside each dropbox folder and paste the caption and hashtags into the document with the name of the piece of content it refers to. Save the document. And upload it again to Dropbox. When it’S time to repurpose the content again (everything except Reels maybe) then the captions and hashtags are already written adn can be scheduled even quicker.
